Three must-do jobs to get you on track in 2025

Welcome to January Reader,

My hope is that you're firing on all cylinders as you look ahead to what 2025 has to offer (and what you have to offer it).

"New Year, New Start" and all that palaver can wait. Just do more of the things you should be doing and a few less of the things you shouldn't. That's my bonus tip.

As for the "Three must-do" jobs mentioned in the subject line - have a think about these:

Do these three things...

...to ensure you get the 2025 that you deserve:

1️⃣ Make some brain space to contemplate exactly where you are at the start of the year and where you really (I mean REALLY) want to be by the end and why...

2️⃣ Find time to honestly reflect on what might be holding you back from getting there

3️⃣ Take a close look at your current working week. What are you doing that is helping that grand plan, what are you doing that is hindering that grand plan, what are you NOT doing (but know you should)...?

Need a helping hand?

By no small coincidence, these three actions form the heart of my next 'Taste of Victory' masterclass - Wednesday 19th February (10am UK). All of the above is covered, plus a secret 'must-do' fourth action:

4️⃣ 90mins with me to bulletproof your grand plan

Actually - it's more than 90mins (if you want it to be). My support starts from the moment you register. As soon as you sign up you get:

📊 Full Business Audit
🚧 Business Barrier Breakdown
📅 One-Week Calendar Challenge

All three are yours to download and work through in advance of the session AND, I will support you through each of the worksheets (as much or as little as you wish) right up to the point we hop online for the session on the 19th.

Spaces are limited to FIVE attendees only to ensure maximum return on our time together.

The price includes ALL of the above PLUS I'll even throw in a first edition of my debut book "How to Embrace the Four Fears® of Business Ownership" when it publishes later in February.

------------

TL:DR?

Get a month's worth of support from me as you plan your 2025 - just £120 (Free book included. Just five masterclass places available).

------------

I mentioned the new book, right?

The cover has changed since my last email. But the book is now in the final edit stage and is shaping up really nicely.

What is it about?

It is 160 pages dedicated to proving to the reader just how bloody good they are at what they and why their fears and hesitations are to be embraced and celebrated (because they make us who we are - and who we are is phenomenal).

If you'd like a sneaky peek before it publishes end-February, sign up for some advance insights and access to a couple of the worksheets that accompany the book.

You're not pre-ordering or committing to buy if you click the link... although you're going to want to :-)

I know you deserve an outstanding 2025. I'm here to help make that happen however I can.
Let's chat.

Mark Franklin - The Four Fears® Guy

My passion is helping small business owners embrace The Four Fears® – the four most common mindset barriers preventing them from enjoying the success they deserve. "What are The Four Fears®?" I'm so glad you asked... :-)

That's a big question to start the week Reader, It's also quite presumptive of me – to suggest something in your business is broken. How (very) dare I? And yet... is something a bit askew? Tell me where you're at right now. On a scale of one-ten (ten being "everything is rosey thanks Mr Nosey"), how's business? How's business (on a scale of one-ten)? 9-10 – Perfect! Couldn't be better! 7-8 – Room for improvement but still pretty good 5-6 – It's not lighting me up right now 3-4 – At least the...

Colour wheel showing the three primary colours in the centre, working outwards to secondary and tertiary colours

I feel like a fraud Reader, All this time I have been telling you about the Four Fears® and I've been keeping their evil twin brother a secret... Or have I? If you are wondering whether there are more than just four key and common hesitations, then I am about to allay your curiosity. No, there isn't a fifth fear. And here's how I can prove it. The science of colour If you are creative and enjoy playing with design programmes such as Canva or Creative Cloud, your mind (much like mine) may...

A set of values (numbers) explaining the difference between mean, mode and median

I'll be honest Reader, I'm about to skirt dangerously close to an established form of science and philosophy that is relatively new to me. Stick with me though as I'm introducing a simple take on a solid principle and, as such, it should hold up: Mean, mode, median Do you remember these three math terms from school? If not, allow me to jog your memory. If you have a set of values (numbers), the definition of each of these would be as follows: Mean: What we consider to be the average of the...
